Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes, we accept all major credits through PayPal for Business and Web Services clients.
 
Do you give anything for referrals?
Yes, our entire business is based upon referrals.  For each new customer you refer to us, you will receive one hour of free consultation.
 
Do you work on Apple/MAC Computers?
No, we do not do any repairs or service on Apple/MAC computers, sorry.
 
Do you have service agreements that I may purchase?
Yes, we have service agreements you may purchase based on your specific needs.
 
Does PWN work at my location? 
We often travel to our clients’ offices for meetings, assessment, troubleshooting, installation, and training. However, we also perform the work remotly if needed, which is the fastest. For software/web development, we perform the work at our own location.
 
Does PWN charge by the hour, and or offer a fixed price for a specific projects?
We offer both, however we mostly work by the hour. On fixed price contracts, we would need to meet with you and your staff in order to define your needs and requirements, to provide a reasonable fixed price contract.
 
Do you charge for travel time or expenses?
We never charge for travel time unless this has been pre-negotiated and agreed upon in advance. We do charge for travel costs to client sites if they are outside of the Orange Couniy area.
 
How do I pay for your services?
If we are working for you by the hour, we will invoice you upon completion of any work assigned. Our terms for payment are "due upon receipt" of services. We reserve the right to ask for a moderate retainer whenever we deem necessary. If the project is a fixed bid, we normally require 50% up front, and the balance at the completion of the project.
